- If product(s) are broken or wrongly sent upon arrival, please contact us within 7 days and send us information and photos of related item(s).
- Customer(s) is reliable to the loss and damage if customer authorises product(s) to be sent to the property management office or leave at the front door.
- Please present prescription via email or WhatsApp for Prescription Only products.
- Product(s) could not be returned under the reason of owners' or pets' preferences nor favour matters.
- QVcares has the right to refuse any unreasonable product exchange/ return claims.
- Products could not be refunded.
